Charge a card against an order reference. HTTP 200 is not settlement.
POST
/payment/order/pay/newpaymentoption is C. Card fields go under card. 3DS and issuer challenges stay pending-authentication until the customer finishes.

Issuer decline
Expiry does not decline these cards. Create the order for exactly 4005.00, pay with either test card, and finish the challenge. Order status is Failed, code 04. message is Transaction failed. paymentResponseMessage has the issuer text.
Verve
Verve cards are not supported on the gateway yet. Charge Visa or Mastercard only.
Fulfil from the server
Wait for webhook, order status, or verify. Do not release goods from this response.
