Poll until the order leaves pending. Public key, encrypted body.

Body is {"reference": "…"}. Use this when the customer is still on a transfer or 3DS screen.

A declined card is status Failed and statusCode 04. message is Transaction failed. paymentResponseMessage is the issuer text.
